About James L. Eben, Esq.

Losing a parent in his 20’s sent James L. Eben, Esq., on the trajectory of being becoming an Estate Planner.  Being thrust into the confusing world of probate was not only emotional and shocking, but very educational. It was through that experience where he learned he possessed the compassion and desire necessary to help those in need of testamentary advice.

James was born in New York City.  He attended The Browning School and was very active in The Saint Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church. He continued his education at the Pomfret School, in Connecticut, where he played Football and Lacrosse and was selected as both a Junior and Senior Prefect.  He graduated in 2004, from Rhodes College, in Memphis Tennessee.  While in college, James was elected as both President of the Rugby Club and President of his Fraternity, The Epsilon Sigma Chapter of Sigma Nu. Finally, James received his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law, where he was a member of the Federalist Society and a clinician for the Florida Coastal School of Law Disabilities and Public Benefits Legal Clinic. He received two Book Awards for top marks in Alternative Dispute Resolutions and Drafting Trust and Estates, respectively.  He is a member of the Florida Bar.

“Satisfying your clients needs is the utmost important task.  This is especially true when it comes to providing their probate and estate planning solutions. Even if a client only has two quarters to leave their loved ones, it is imperative that their wishes be following as to whom inherits what.”
